Just peel off the backing and press it behind your ear at least four hours before traveling. The medicine is consistently absorbed for up to three days. You can even exercise or shower with it. For shorter trips, remove the patch when no longer needed, and the effects wear off.

A prescription is needed. Not for children or people who have or have had glaucoma (increased pressure in the eyeball), have difficulty urinating, or an allergy to the active ingredient, scopolamine or other belladonna alkaloids. Most common side effects are dry mouth, drowsiness and blurred vision. When using this product, do not use alcohol, drive, operate dangerous machinery, or do things requiring alertness.
